All customer support queries are responded to as a maximum priority, so you can expect a reply within a couple of hours, up to 24 hours (we do have to sleep!).
For non-customer emails, due to the volume of email I receive it can take several weeks to reply to your message. My assistant will reply to your general queries within a day or two, and flag any queries only I can reply to for me.
I batch-process non-urgent email that only I can reply to every two weeks, so I thank you for your patience.
